FAQ
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are handmade to your measurements, so please allow at least two weeks for manufacture and shipping. Occasional delays may occur due to supplier shipping issues.
Do you accept international orders?
Not through Shopify, but you can contact me through my contact form if you're interested in purchasing something and I can accept payment through PayPal.
I see something that's almost what I want, but not quite. Can I request changes to an existing design?
Yes, I'm happy to take custom orders! Please use the contact form to request any custom orders. Payment for custom orders will be accepted through PayPal.
I want to order something but I don't see any similar designs. Do you do fully custom orders too?
Yes! Please use the contact form to send a description of what you're looking for, relevant measurements, any reference photos/ sketches, and material and hardware color preferences. If it's within my skillset I'll accept the order. Payment for custom orders will be accepted through PayPal.
I don't see my size listed for the collars. Can you make one that's larger/ smaller?
Absolutely! You can either order it as a custom collar by contacting me directly, or by buying the collar through the shop and adding a note in the "Order Special Instructions" box at checkout with the correct size you need. Any custom orders will have payment accepted through PayPal.
How do I measure for a harness or collar?
Harnesses and collars are fully custom to your measurements. Please include measurements listed in the product description in the "Order Special Instructions" section. All collars and harnesses have a couple inches of adjustment built in. Some measurements may be easier to take with the help of a friend!
- To measure your neck for a collar, use a cloth tape measure and wrap it around your neck. If you prefer a looser fit you can add two fingers between your neck and the measuring tape.
- To measure your waist, use a cloth tape measure and wrap it around your waist, making sure the tape measure is snug and straight across your back. To find your waist (not your hips!) feel around for the narrowest squishy spot right under your ribcage.
- To measure your underbust, use a cloth tape measure and wrap it around your ribs where the band of a bra would sit, making sure the tape measure is snug and straight across your back.
- To measure your overbust, use a cloth tape measure and wrap it around your chest above your bust (for those without a bust, measure your upper chest, with the tape measure sitting right below your armpit), making sure the tape measure is straight across your back.
- To measure the distance between your neck and underbust or neck and waist, stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed, and measure from the place a collar would sit on your neck straight down the front of your chest to where you took your underbust or waist measurement.
- To measure the distance between your shoulder and underbust, stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed, and measure from the top of your shoulder straight down the side of your bust/ chest to where you took your underbust measurement.
- To measure your armscye, use a cloth tape measure to measure from the top of your shoulder, down around your armpit and back up (think where the seam of a tshirt would be). Make sure you stand relaxed with your arm down, and measure loosely.
If you have any further questions about any measurements, please don't hesitate to shoot me a message via my contact form!
